MINDFULNESS & SIMPLICITY

Mindfulness is not something that unreachable or unapproachable. Instead, mindfulness can be a simple and approachable entry point into the present moment. We tend to over complicate things in business and in life. But when you remove all the excess thoughts and worries, peace, stillness and presence are bound to be found. It is this simple yet powerful awareness of ourselves and the present moment that can ultimately lead to change, growth, and inner peace.

“Mindfulness is a non-judgmental, moment to moment awareness” – Sean Fargo

Mindfulness has been the crack in the door that has allowed meditation and consciousness into the business space. It was opened a gateway both within ourselves and our businesses. And above all, practicing mindfulness can be both healing and a daily reminder. It can remind us that no matter what is happening in our lives or in our businesses, simplicity is always obtainable. And even more, it is this simplicity that allows us to be present and to reconginze the highest potential within both the present moment and ourselves.
