THE SOUL OF BUSINESS

Healing the body means healing the soul. And while there may be different avenues, healing must start at the core. Whether you are healing yourself or healing others, there are certain paths we must all go down in order to fully heal and let go. Guiding others on the path of healing requires compassion and holding space for that healing to occur. As Dr. Heather Paulson mentions in this interview, it’s through love, gentleness and pointing out some spaces within others that requires attention and healing. And by guiding others from a place of empathy and love, trust is being built while healing is being cultivated.

“It all starts with healing the piece of themselves that is not loved by themselves”

Dr. Heather Paulson

Forgiveness also plays a part in healing because it allows us move forward. It allows us to release any resentment and ties to that past that we may be harboring either consciously or subconsciously. And within this journey of healing, there lies an important and necessary element of forgiving other while also forgiving oneself. The soul of healing means taking a wholistic approach and healing not just the physical body, but also the layers deep within. Without doing so, the energy we harbor can manifest in many different forms and ailments. It is this very process of diving deep within the soul that allows for true healing and forgiveness to occur.
