UNCOVERING YOUR GREATNESS WITH KINDNESS
Tapping into your greatness goes beyond your outward successes, your achievements and your lifestyle. True greatness emerges from within when you are able to recognize and embrace both the power and compassion that lives inside of you. When you allow kindness to be at core of who you are and the foundation for all thoughts and actions, then your greatness has room to emerge. As Dr. Arlette says in this episode, your greatness then becomes an example and inspiration for others.

Living and leading with kindness as your foundation not only means being kind to those around you, but also yourself. Being kind to yourself can manifest in an infinite number of ways and change daily. For example, it can mean saying no to the business opportunity that you THOUGHT you wanted or deciding to incorporate must needed rest time into your already hectic schedule. Sometimes kindness means walking away and sometimes kindness means saying no. Regardless, if someone practices self-kindness in a deep way, then they are looking for an opportunity to express that and experience it. Doing so creates the opportunities for others to express and experience that kindness as well and helps lead them to their own inner greatness.
